We offer free initial screening of your situation through speaking with our legal assistant.  You may contact our office and speak with our administrative staff to begin the process.  You will be asked to provide your name, contact information, the identify of the party you are in dispute with, and the chronological and factual details of your situation.  The more prepared you are to provide this information, the more you can help us and yourself in evaluating your matter.
